For this project, students learned to use the Pen tool in Affinity Designer on the iPad to successfully outline both straight and curved lines (a challenging task!). Using pencil sketches, they manipulated the Pen tool to create “ink” outlines of the sketched images, then added new layers that would allow for the implementation of color into the artwork.
